Re-Time Footage on a Canvas

If you have a video on a canvas, and you want to re-time it (speed it up or slow it down), you can use the "Re-Timer" plugin, and apply on Layer. If you footage goes black, you may need to go to the Fill/Matte menu and disable the Alpha channel.
